I would look at other local realtors in this market. His follow-up was abysmal, messages went ignored, and I often had to chase him down just to get a response. He showed a shocking lack of market knowledge, fumbling basic questions about property trends and offering wildly inaccurate pricing advice that could have tanked my purchase. It was obvious he only cared about his commission, pushing me to rush into decisions that suited his bottom line rather than my interests. Dishonest, unprepared in my opinion.
