    Brandon is an incredible realtor that I would highly recommend anyone work with. We were referred to Brandon through several friends, and can't thank him enough for his time, attention to detail, and patience throughout our time working together. Brandon goes the extra distance - he does the research needed to fully understand comps, value, and isn't afraid to point out negatives or things to consider during shows. There were even houses we liked that weren't on the market or were in early stages of construction - he would go out of his way (literally scouring the internet and cold calling people) to find out the details of the house and set up showings. He's readily available for showings at the drop of a hat and is able to make strong connections with sellers agents.The market is tough right now, and he never once pressured us into buying. He acknowledged the reality of the situation and has a ton of empathy for buyers today - which was so appreciated. He truly is on your side.Sadly we made the decision to move out of state, and we have to find a new realtor in that market.
